The home consists of one flat on the ground-floor.
The flat has an inhabitable area of 50 square meters and a veranda of 15 square meters.

Inside you have 4 confortable beds .
This apartment consists of one double room with double bed, one double room with two single beds unitable if necessary, a living room with angle cooking, a bathroom. In the living room there is a double sofa bed
Alghero: Alghero is on the north-west coast of Sardinia and is called the Coral Riviera. It has beautiful beaches and a rugged coast and is 10 mins from Alghero airport. Alghero is a superb holiday centre with good sandy beaches on either side of the town. To the north-west is Alghero bay, with past it the glorious Porto Conte bay. The picturesque old town of Alghero has an abundant choice of restaurants and good shopping too. The most elegant old streets surround the cathedral, at the centre of the town. There is a boat trip to the enchanting caves of Nettuno near Capo Caccia. To the North-West of Alghero, towards Capo Caccia, there is plenty of opportunity for walking and mountain-biking. There is a nature reserve at Capo Caccia where you can wander and see wildlife, animals and birds, and cross to the other side of the coast and see the rugged cliffs and beautiful blue sea. Walking tours and mountain-biking tours can be arranged, as well as scuba diving and snorkelling.

Nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement par la propriétaire Daniela et son papa. Ils sont très sympathiques et à votre disposition si besoin. Endroit très calme et tranquille, jolie maisonnette avec un extérieur bien entretenu. Région très belle beaucoup de choses à visiter. Séjour très apprécié

Very good week at Alghero in Daniela house. The house is correctly sized for 4 people, not more. Perfect location closed from alghero down Town and beach all around. Garden is nice for the children and a private car area available is confortable. Only minor negative point is the sp42 road closed of the location with trafic.

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen und abgeschiedenen
Gegend. Ideal für Familien mit jüngeren Kindern.. Es liegt im Mitten von Gärten. Die Durchfahrt ist gesichert durch ein elektrisches Tor. Das gibt einem ein sicheres Gefühl. Die Hausbesitzerin Daniela ist super nett und immer erreichbar. Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine, W-Lan und Fernseher sind vorhanden. Wir waren insgesamt 6 mal in diesen Ferienhäusern. Uns hat es immer sehr gut gefallen. Die wunderschöne Stadt Alghero und die schönen Strände sind in ca.10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Für Kinder im Teenager Alter könnte es allerdings zu abgelegen sein.

Daniela, the host it's a nice person, but the house was a bit cold since we went there in March and there is no central heating (only AC). The Internet didn't work in the house, only on the terrace and we booked especially the house for the Internet option since we needed to work from there. The garden it's great for children to play.
