Detached house with private parking, air-conditioned, 2.5 km from the sea and 2.2 km from the outskirts of the city, with lawn, barbecue. Machine needed. The house is not isolated. Free wi-fi internet. Linen and towels for hire on request.

Residenza silenziosa e tranquilla, a pochi minuti dal centro città (supermercati, ristoranti, ecc.) e dal mare. Nel giro di pochi chilometri si raggiungono le località balneari più rinomate, sia a nord che a sud di Alghero.
Il mare è bello praticamente ovunque, c'è solo l'imbarazzo della scelta tra sabbia, sassi o scogli.
Per chi ama correre consiglio il percorso pedonale che si estende dal porto (compreso il giro dei bastioni) fino a Fertilia, passando attraverso la pineta o la spiaggia. In particolare alla mattina presto, soprattutto al sabato e alla domenica, si trovano parecchi runners, tanto che sembra di essere nel mezzo di una manifestazione podistica.
I proprietari, molto gentili e disponibili, ci hanno dato ottimi consigli per i luoghi da visitare e per il mangiare (la pizzeria "di famiglia" è veramente ottima).
In definitiva abbiamo passato una bella vacanza alla scoperta di questa terra meravigliosa, quindi consigliamo la struttura a chiunque desideri un posto tranquillo, dove poter riposare dopo una lunga giornata al mare.

Nette Vermieterin, renovierungsbedürftiges Bad/Dusche. Ausstattung ansonsten für den Preis in Ordnung. Zufahrt mit elektronischem Tor und Parkplatz am Haus, sehr gut. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden!
