About this house rental

The house is equipped with washing machine, barbecue, outdoor showers, ample esplanade for parking lots, entrance with automatic gate and burning boulevard. It is also possible to benefit from games for children, small kick field and volleyball, swings, internet wi-fi.
The entrance to CASA ORSA MAGGIORE, CASA ORSA MINORE e CASA STELLA is located on the Strada Provinciale Sassari-Alghero SP42 al Km 25 called Strada dei due Mari and is 2.2 km from the inhabited center of Alghero, 2.5 kms from the sea, 5 km from the Aeroporto internazionale di Alghero-Fertilia.
The house is not isolated in any case because it is built on an inhabited agglomeration.

The tourist tax is included in the rental price.
