About this house rental
The house is newly built, furnished in a modern, welcoming, bright and practical style. It is equipped with state-of-the-art insulation systems that make it warm in winter and fresh in summer. The surface of the house is 47 square meters (excluding the external veranda).
It consists of a kitchen / dining room with a dining table, a double sofa bed and a flat-screen TV; a double bedroom and a bathroom; externally there is a veranda of 17 sqm with a barbecue available to enjoy the best of summer evenings. Also available are bed and bath linen and mid-week change, fan, wii-fii via router.
The house is ideal for couples or families with children.
It is located in the center of the town, within walking distance of all the main services such as market, bar and tobacconist, butcher, fishmonger, post office, newsagent, bazaar. It is also just a few km from the best beaches in the area and its surroundings: it is only 2.5 km from the beach of Porto Palmas and a few km from other coves in the area including La frana, and 5 km from the Argentiera where you can admire the old mine and enjoy the climate of the characteristic country, as well as enjoy the beautiful beaches.
The surrounding landscape is ideal for trekking enthusiasts.
