About this house rental

The best compromise between sea excursions and relaxation. Old sheepfold immersed in the recently restored Stintinese countryside a few steps from the rocky shores of "mare di fuori". Ideal base for your excursions with over 50 km of easily accessible cycle paths and for your dives in the fishy and pristine coves of the North-West coast. Located just 500 meters of dirt road from the provincial road, away from the confusion of the village and the most crowded subdivisions, it still allows you to reach the village of Stintino and the renowned beaches of Saline and Pelosa in a few minutes by car. The thick walls of the old building make the large room with open kitchen and the two bedrooms served by bathrooms and two bathrooms fresh and welcoming. The comfortable outdoor veranda is the alternative to the large internal spaces to have your meals.
Sheets and towels can be rented on request.

Wir waren für eine Woche in diesem Ferienhaus und es war super! Der Vermieter war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist ein wenig abgelegen von der Hauptstraße, zum erholen genau richtig. Wir bedanken uns für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Terrace was nice, but the surrounding made the whole property a bit uncomfortable & unrelaxing. On the other side of house was a wooden cottage fenced with garbage and it’s far from any civilization. Although the house was properly equipped, it felt a bit rundown.
