Great place to stay. I will stay there again when I visit.

The rooms were quaint, private, clean, and had great views. We did not mind being on the top floor. The breakfasts were perfect with a great array of meats, cheeses, and selection of breads. The proprietors, Albert and Conny were kind and welcoming. There was even a great restaurant just a short walk across the street at Gasthof Islitzler.

The room was spacious, clean, comfortable; there are many shelves.

For some reason Conny accepted double reservation, so I could spend only 2 nights in her house; she found me a room at an adjacent higher standard guesthouse; there, the breakfast was really excellent, but the room was less comfortable than Conny's room: it was smaller, filled too much with stuff, the bathroom was really tiny and unpractical. Conny paid for that room while I paid for 3 nights to Conny. What was bad for me it was that extra time that I had to spend packing, loading the car (just 3 minutes), unloading the car in the afternoon to the new place, and that was on the day of my long hike, when I had to rush to be on time before the storm at 4PM. Of course I succeeded and was on time before storm, but it was really a rush.

Very friendly and helpful hosts. Great location for hiking. Quiet location with very little traffic. Perfect connection to bus/taxi stops.

Es war ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Das Frühstück war hervorragend und ausreichend. Das Gästehaus Conny liegt zentral, von dort aus können unmittelbar die Wandertouren beginnen. Sehr sympathische Gastgeber und äußerst hilfsbereit.
