A very comfortable stay in a beautiful valley!

Perfect place! Wonderful countryside and cute apartment. Not far from popular places of Dolomites: lakes and mountains are less than 1,5 hours away. Sauna after hiking with very tasty juice is the best end of the day. We had very good vacation in this place.

Excellent and spotless clean apartman equipped with all amenities needed

Excellent apartment (#12) fully equipped with everything a traveler needs for a few days of stay. Good location to discover the Dolomites by car. The cleanliness deserves an extra star, everything was spotless. With also an elevator installed we felt like being in a 4 star hotel. Abundant hot water and a great in-house wellness section was also appreciated. Highly recommended!

Besides everything being top notch, we can only find minor negative points by really looking hard for them. The beds have creaked slightly when one turned in their sleep and the towels were mildly rough. Besides these really minor negatives we were highly satisfied and happy with the apartment.

Appartamento pulito, nuovo e arredato con buon gusto. Non manca nulla. Silenzio e pace. Punto strategico per visitare le località più conosciute.. La Sig. Elisabeth gentilissima ci ha consigliato delle escursioni. Davvero un bel soggiorno di relax.

Wunderbare Unterkunft im Gsiesertal

Die Residence Kahn liegt im ruhigen Ort St. Martin fast am Ende des Gsiesertals. Die Ferienwohnung war äußerst sauber und ausreichend geräumig für zwei Personen. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und im Badezimmer gab es eine Fußbodenheizung. Im Haus gibt es eine Sauna, die man gratis benutzen kann. Im Ort befindet sich ein gut ausgestatteter Supermarkt, der in zwei Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen ist. Die Bushaltestelle ist in der Nähe, sodass man die gesamte Region mit der Gästekarte umsonst erkunden kann. Besonders gefreut hat uns die herzliche Kommunikation mit den Gastgeberinnen. Hier schreibt man Gastfreundschaft wirklich groß. Wir können die Residence Kahn wirklich empfehlen.

Valle tutta da scoprire

Gentilezza e disponibilità dell'Host che ci ha accolto in modo molto carino e sempre disponibile a darci consigli sulle attività/sentieri/percorsi in bici da fare in val Casies e dintorni fuori dalla valle. Accoglienza con prodotti tipici a richiesta veramente gustosi. Appartamento pulito e con tutto l'occorrente in posto molto tranquillo a settembre. Ci ritorneremmo molto volentieri.

Tolle, simple aber gemütliche, familiengeführte Unterkunft mit Sauna und tollem Essen! :)

Man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben! Sehr nette Wirte, die Sauna ist ebenfalls ein Pluspunkt und das Essen im Restaurant ist auch wirklich köstlich. :)

Die Kosten für einen Hund sind etwas teuer, da sie nicht einmalig anfallen, sondern pro Tag mit 14€ berechnet werden. Wir haben somit knapp 100€ für den Hund bezahlt, das finde ich etwas viel.

Appartement zu empfehlen

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Alles wichtige wurde zusammengestellt übergeben. Im absolut sauberem Appartement wartete ein leckerer Obstteller auf uns. Zwischendurch gab es noch einen Überraschungskuchen. Die Sauna war auch sehr schön. Die Unterkunft liegt wenige Schritte neben dem kleinen Supermarkt und der Bushaltestelle. Heizung super zu regulieren und auch in der Dusche immer sofort warmes Wasser und ein vernünftiger Wasserstrahl. Besteck/ Geschirr vorhanden. Fragen werden sofort per WhatsApp beantwortet. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Beim ersten Blick wirkt die Unterkunft etwas kahl, aber es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

L’hôte est disponible gentil et aux petits soins ! Très bien située et très bien équipée la résidence est idéale pour un sejour dans les dolomites. Il est proposé des produits issus de leur ferme que l’on recommande.

La posizione bellissima, immersa in un verde di pace lontano dal caos e circondata da splendide montagne. Elisabeth una persona squisita, attenta ad ogni minimo particolare e gentilissima. Il luogo è incantevole e, anche se per noi è stata una brevissima vacanza, consiglio la struttura assolutamente.
