The staff are amazingly friendly . The rooms lack NOTHING. The bathrooms are super modern and 5*.
The location is not directly on the seafront but it’s only a 2 minute (really!) walk to the beach and the many tavernas and bars which are right on the beach. It seems to me the most modern of all hotels in sougia . We loved EVERYTHING and will always come back ,in fact , we booked another stay on the way back from Agia Roumeli . This hotel does not offer breakfast or any meals but you finD PLENTY of tavernas that do with a 3 to 4 minute walk. I highly recommend this place .

Ideal location a bit away (5 mins walk) from the beach and restaurants, so it was quiet and a nice escape from the heat when needed

Large room with a modern bathroom. Was able to store luggage and grab a shower after check out.
Warm friendly management.
