Geen waterkoker. Kookplaat viel tegen (foto). Sigarettenrook kwam via de badkamer en het ventilatiesysteem onze kamer binnen.

Die Lage ist phänomenal. Direkt unterhalb der Festung. Ruhig, obwohl nur wenige Meter von der „Shopping- und Tavernen-Meile“ entfernt.
Liebevoll mit unterschiedlichen Blumen und Pflanzen angelegt.
Wasserkocher, kleine Kaffeemaschine, Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden. Kühlschrank (sogar mit Eisfach).
Sowohl Fensterläden von außen als auch ein Rollo von innen sorgen für gute Verdunkelung des Raumes. Fliegengitter vor Fenster und Tür.
Den Fernseher habe ich gar nicht genutzt.
Zwei Steckdosen am Bett.
Mir fehlte eine kleine Kochplatte.
Gewöhnungsbedürftig war für mich, ohne Duschvorhang zu duschen (besser die Toilettenrolle vorher in Sicherheit bringen!).
Keine Steckdose im Bad, aber direkt vor der Schiebetür.

Superb location
For the high price, I expected at least a few basics, such as some soap, some tea or coffee (equipment was there), some information about the facilities and area, etc., but there was nothing at all - not even the WiFi code.
I did request a short extension (under an hour) for check-out, but this was flatly refused by reminding me of the checkout time! Fair enough, but it lacked any warmth.
At these prices, I expect more. Of the four other places in Crete I stayed, this stood out for the reasons above. All the others were cheaper (even a stunning place in the heart of Chania old town), friendly, and with extensive facilities.
So - great location, very clean, functional, but that's it.
