This mid-terrace cottage is located in the town of Teignmouth near Dartmoor National Park and can sleep three people in two bedrooms. Note - This property only accepts weekly bookings commencing on a Saturday between April and September.
Sunvale is a mid-terrace cottage situated in the town of Teignmouth in Devon. Hosting two bedrooms; a king-size double and a single along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to three people. Inside you will also find a kitchen/diner with a breakfast bar and a sitting room. To the outside is roadside parking, garage parking, is available on request, at an additional cost of £25 (privately arranged directly with the owner). A courtyard, and an external utility. Situated in a pleasant setting and close to seaside attractions, Sunvale Road is a wonderful cottage in a vibrant yet peaceful part of England.
