Breakfast was cooked to order every morning and was excellent. Tobi was an excellent host and nothing was too much trouble. The location is great as Lymington is right on your doorstep and it’s a short walk to the harbour and all that has to offer.
If we had known the size when booking, we would have preferred a larger bathroom. But that is a preference and not to deter from our stay as the shower had a powerful waterflow which was good.

The position was great and it was easy to walk into town and the harbour from the venue. Great to have onsite parking and our host, Tobias , was extremely efficient and friendly. The cooked breakfasts were delicious and freshly made to order.

Location and the host was welcoming
Check in was difficult as we had to state exact time and we were contacted and pressed to confirm arrival time . Breakfast time slot - we were given one time slot for breakfast, no alternative option . No toiletries in room as stated . Quilt too heavy for the time of the year . Bed wasn’t a large double as claimed . Room a bit tired and dated
