Staff very friendly, accommodation was modern and comfortable. Cooked breakfast was excellent.
Breakfast buffet was a bit limited.

The rooms were excellent ! very clean and well thought out ! They were cleaned daily to a high standard ! Being able to park our car outside our room .

Location was excellent as we were going on the Isle of Wight ferry the following morning. Lovely and quiet location and the property very interesting to see the history of the place.
Staff not too friendly. Room was noisy when anyone was using the water.
We left a cool bag behind and had to chase its whereabouts when we returned, eventually it was found but only after making a fuss.
