Well decorated rooms, ideal location to harbour and station. Breakfast was really good. Staff all friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately our stay was impacted by the heat. No air con or airflow. I would question whether they should still be letting guests stay in those temperatures as we just didn’t sleep. Coffee machine also not working.

Walking distance to quay nice outside covered area, parking.
Number of stairs to room 5 to 7.
Very hot weather showed up the need for a/c and or mini fridge .
No juice as part of breakfast offering.

Amazing Breakfast, comfortable bed, authentic. Mega creaky floors!
In the heat is was hot - there was a fan but they had placed it on a shelf and it rattled. The blackout blind was broken (i fixed it) and the shower didn’t drain quick enough for the water flow.

Excellent customer service by Kaley in particular! Breakfast was terrific, a real surprise! Room was comfortable and recently renovated. It was great value for money and I’d definitely stay there again! We stayed for 4 days and felt very welcome.
