Hotel Hacienda exceeded our expectations. The decor is amazing. A trip back in tme, but with modern stylish rooms. Absoluely gorgeous. Location in the center of town is good but once in the hotel it is very quiet. Parking is available around the corner, no problem at all. Gardens are perfectly maintained & 3 pools. Staff were very good. I would definately recommend it.
Breakfast was good. WiFi was good.
Just the lack of happiness on the hotel manager's face. Very brusque. The rest were great.

The VIP Room was great, the bed was AMAZING and all the facilities exceeded our expectations. Location is also really good as it´s just a couple of minutes from anything. The staff was super helpful and supported us with booking our tour. The massages were also really relaxing.

The breakfast was good, every day the same, but tasty. Good parking for a car , near the hotel 3-4 min. WiFi was good.3 good pools for swimming in territory / garden of the hotel.
