Great location, perfectly maintained historic building and a beautiful room with a super nice large shower Staff were nice and we enjoyed the terrace where dinner and breakfast are served

Breakfast was great. Fresh juice, fresh breads excellent service. The waiter remembered our hot drink order. The front desk arranged a walking tour of the city and a taxi to give us a tour of the surrounding area another day.
Room was small but you can’t change that. Well maintained. Shower had hot water and great pressure.

The location of the hotel is fantastic! The staff members are very friendly and helpful. It’s situated close to the main square and at the entrance of the old Medina, making it easy to explore the area on foot. We learned a lot about the city's history and the surrounding region from the hotel staff. The lady at the reception provided us with a wonderful map, explaining what to see and where to go in the city, which we found extremely helpful.
The breakfast offerings are quite basic, and you even have to pay extra for water. The rooms could benefit from some renovation, as the furniture appears worn. The mattresses were too hard for my liking, though that may be a matter of personal preference. Additionally, there is no refrigerator or safe in the room. Soundproofing is lacking, but that is to be expected in an older hotel located in the Medina.

Asma is lovely and helpful.
The mattress was too hard, it was very cold and the heater in our room didn’t work. The staff did give us an electric heater but it wasn’t quite enough. Also, dinner was expensive (for Morocco) and average.
