Great staff and lovely bar but room needs refurb and more amenities
Location and parking good. Debra and other breakfast staff were very attentive and kind to us English speakers
No air-con, no fan, no conditioner in bathroom. We were in back of hotel room so we'd a lot of NOISE from church bells, cars starting up at midnight and 7am and building work happening so close outside. I understand since flood the building work is essential but without air-con you have to have windows open so can't escape noise

Pleased we stayed here.
Like a phoenix rising from the ashes. We have stayed in this area for many years and after the flood disaster wondered if we would ever go back. However Hotel Ruland have certainly given us a reason to return and I am sure once the surrounding building works are complete it will be more than perfect

Very poor
Too much noice from the church every hours even in midnight . Beds are not suitable for couples . When hotel is full booked, finding a parking lot is terrible . Breakfast lication and view is nice .
The rooms are much smaller than you can see in the photos, and in our room has very bad smell from toilet. When we arrived at the hotel this very bad smell in the room and the bathroom ruined us. We discussed this with the hotel reception, but they told us that since the hotel is fully booked, we could not change the room and we endured . this stench until the last day.

Een goed hotel en mooie omgeving.
Een mooi hotel midden in de Ahr. Personeel was erg vriendelijk. En voor ons was het fijn dat onze hond mee mocht. Diner en ontbijt waren ook erg lekker.
Ik heb niets te melden over wat er tegen viel. Er viel niets tegen. Wij komen vaker naar dit hotel.
