We found the hotel to be perfect for our short stay in Milan. The breakfast was great and the morning staff were so welcoming and friendly. I had poached eggs both mornings and I have to say they were the best.
A bit disappointed we couldn't get a cocktail we were looking for. The staff informed us that an Aperol Spritz or a Mojito were not available on the cocktail list......

The location
The bathroom had not been updated and really let down the overall stay. The staff were pretty hopeless and never around to help. There was a furniture change over happening for Milan design week events and it was like being on a building site
