Size: Generally small to compact, especially for standard rooms
Bed comfort: Acceptable for short stays (3 nights is manageable)
Facilities: Basic — aircond, TV, WiFi, attached bathroom
Condition: Slightly dated; furniture and fittings show wear
Reality check:
Good enough if you’re mostly out exploring Ipoh and just need a place to sleep. Not ideal if you plan to relax in the room.

Convenient location, close to the main town
Nice place, clean room, friendly staff. Would stay again.
The main room light was not functioning properly.
The bathroom had a mild odor at times

It’s quiet and close by to a lot of attractions
Not clean, the floor is dirty, bedsheets as well and corners of the bathroom are all moldy…toilet bowl and edges are also dirty and got stains
