Excellent location, outstanding gym, indoor pool, wet and spa facilities, great restaurants and bar, close to Chapultepec and Angel of Independence and the best customer service.
Some staff provided good service, but most offered truly exceptional service — making consistency hard to describe as a dislike.

Great location and very large room
The gym sucks. The spa is very old. The gym and spa not heated. Freezing cold. Desperately needs renovation.
