Nice hotel in good central location , but check room location

Room was good and spacious, breakfast (included excellent) Location is very central

I was given a room on the 3rd floor (my colleagues booked directly and were given floor 1). There was only an elevator to floor 2, and the stairs to Floor 3 were exceedingly steep - I am in good shape, but anyone with any walking issues at all would never make those stairs and the hotel did not advise on arrival -Nearest car park is around 7 minutes walk

Great hotel in the centre of town

Perfect location right in the centre of town. Staff extremely friendly and helpful , lovely breakfast , spotless room. Although no parking they do offer parking 5 min walk which is discounted

Only small thing was no aircon so had to open the windows which got quite noisy at night but wouldn’t put us off staying again 👍🏼

Adequate at best

Hotel is really a bar / cafe. Great location on main square with a lot if restaurants / cafes etc around. The breakfast was OK and we sat outside and had tea / coffee overlooking the square. Slept well at night as the noise had died down. Short walk from train station through a park.

Small lift and a lot of stairs / steps. Had to choose type of breakfast for next morning at check-in which was a first for us. Went to try to get short sleep at around 6 and impossible due to Italian music on a loop (maybe a Casino or something similar) and doors constantly opening / closing in hotel. Given key to access hotel if back late and I asked what time they closed at - she said around 12. So, we decided about 11 to go back there for a last drink - man in the bar said closed and no drink even though we were residents - he did give us some water.

Lovely location at the main square in Breda. When the weather is nice you can have breakfast outside.

The hotel rooms do not have air conditioning and as we had a June heatwave, it was rather hot. An issue you will not have when temperatures are more normal!

Perfect location in the centre of Breda and the staff were incredibly helpful, polite, and friendly.

I would have liked a hairdryer in the room and it was quite hot due to the heatwave, although the hotel did provide a fan in the room.

Great location and in heart of the city, really couldn't fault the location.

I stayed on 3rd floor which was basically an attic, the stairs to this part of the hotel were treacherous and i would NOT advice old people of kids to stay in any of those rooms. There was no air conditioning and on the first night it was impossible to sleep, almost 30 degrees in my room and there was a fan but literally just blew warm air at me all night. The weather was hot, not complaining, but the bed rooms were so uncomfortably warm it proved impossible to sleep.

Stay there at least twice a year....but first trip since Covid. It is always clean and comfy, Staff very pleasant.. And it is in the town centre, Breakfast cannot be faulted... The cadre and ambiance excellent. There was also a big walk in closet...which was great as we had a very ample 3 bed room so we could tidy away or stuff

Nothing..... But oh, it would be nice to have a kettle to make a cup of tea at night...as l always have tea bags with me. But a tiny detail ...so no complaints at all

Best location in Breda

The location is absolutely great, right in the city center on the Grote Markt. You are in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Breda. Which means you can also hear the people and crowd outside the hotel. The windows are fairly well isolated but you can hear tue buzz of the city which I enjoyed. The staff is extremely friendly and breakfast was good and sufficient.

the breakfast was great, the room was clean, the beds where ok, the shower was cold.

It has a great location, it was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was delicious.

There was no hot water. We found out in the morning, so no shower for us. When we mentioned it at checkout the receptionist asked if we had mentioned it. I told him we just found out and that we where very disappointed not having been able to start our day freshly washed. He gave us his apologies and that was it.
