Location was great
Room service dropped off towards the end of the stay. Toilet paper was not refreshed for the last 4 days. Coffee capsules weren't refreshed towards the end of our stay.

The convenience of being close to the town and station. Was easy to obtain access with digital key
Loud banging of people walking about and above, very distracting and being my only complaint

Good location, reasonably sized room.
It isn’t really a hotel as there are no visible staff, lounge etc. You enter using a digital key and then find your room. I should have looked more closely at the hotel description as I prefer more of a standard hotel experience. Also, I could hear people in the adjacent room.

Location is great. Linen was clean.
Very noisy in the hotel, other people slamming the doors.The room was not so clean, windows dirty, view on a wall and on dirt from the kitchen of nearby hotel. Strange way to enter a room, no contact with any person. Digital keys.
