Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay! The staff and restaurant are exceptional.

Highly recommended

Breakfast was immaculate,very friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean and had a nice balcony with a beautiful view. Dinner at a hotel was excellent. All in all a very positive experience.

Great view ovwr the area,beautiful spacious rooms, good spa area, excellent breakfast, delicious dinner (said to be the best restaurant in town), very friendly and helpful staff. A perfect stay, thank you!!

If you have to find anything negative, rhe walk back from town is uphill, but I would still not change the location which is perfect

Das Badl können wir nur weiterempfehlen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Innenausstattung war sehr schön und sauber sowie das Zimmer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Eine gemütliche und kulinarisch tolle Auszeit im Südtirol.

Das Frühstück war ausgiebig und gut, auch das 4gängige Abendessen. Die Lage des Hotels am Hang war Dank dem ÖV auch abends gut erreichbar. Das Personal war freundlich und auch hilfsbereit bei Fragen zu den Ausflügen.

Sehr gutes Frühstück. Zimmer sind sehr gross und gut ausgestattet

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis absolut überzogen. Rezeption trotz vier Sterne Hotel nicht 24h besetzt. Spa Bereich muss extra bezahlt werden. Restaurant nur bis 20 Uhr warme Küche.

Für unsere Zwecke - Wandern, Radfahren war dieses Hotel perfekt

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Frisches Obst ist für mich sehr wichtig. Auch konnten wir uns aus frischen Obst Säfte pressen. Jeder Kaffee den wir bestellt haben wurde serviert, wieviel wir wollten. 18 Sorten Tee zur Auswahl

A cordialidade e atenção de todos os funcionários. Café da manhã maravilhoso com muitas opções. O hotel oferece aos hóspedes um passe chamado Mobilcard que permite a utilização gratuita nos transportes públicos da região.

Super ontvangst bij het inchecken en de kamer was ook helemaal top. Het ontbijt was ook lekker uitgebreid en voor ieder wat wils. Een heerlijke ontspannen tussen stop was dit voor ons.

Fantastischer Kurzaufenthalt (2 Nächte). Gerne wieder. :-)))

Die Freundlichkeit beim Empfang, das Begrüßungsglas Wein, die Ungezwungenheit. Das Zummer war stilistisch modern und stimmig, zum Wohlfühlen, der Balkon mit tollem Panoramablick. Kleines persönliches Highlight: das Indoor-Schwimmbad hat eine Gegenstromanlage, so dass man eine kleine Trainingseinheit „richtig“ schwimmen kann.

Eigentlich gab es nichts wirklich zu Meckern. Vielleicht, dass die Schwimmbad-Features wie Gegenstromanalge etc. erst um 8.30 scharfgeschaltet werden - das ist für Frühschwimmer ein bisschen schade.

War schon nett und das Haus ist schön, aber beim nächsten Mal woanders

Schönes Haus, Zimmer war sehr sauber. Chef des Hauses bei Abreise sehr freundlich und sympathisch!

Nicht das zugesagte Upgrade für beide Zimmer bekommen, die Dame an der Rezeption behauptete, es wäre nur für 1 möglich - hatte aber die Bestätigung von booking.com! 1-lagiges WC-Papier haben wir auch noch nie erlebt. Und es wurde zu wenig beim Frühstücksbuffet nachgefüllt.

Tolles Hotel in Kaltern

Sehr schöne geräumige Zimmer, Personal ausnahmslos sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Das Frühstück ist phänomenal (Omlette & Rührei frisch zubereitet)! Die Lage ist kein Problem, es gab ein Gratis-Busticket, in 5 Minuten ist man im Zentrum von Kaltern. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
