Excellent location

Location of this hotel just couple of blocks from Alameda park, it was so convenient , everything is in walkable distance, especially china town, closer 7 eleven and convenience store, morning coffee and sandwiches you can buy there, and street vendors selling coffee, bread and tomales near to the hotel building, that’s an advantage as well

TV in the room could have been bit better, but it’s not a major problem though, and also street noise was bit louder, we couldn’t sleep, carpet is bit outdated.

Super value for money; friendly staff

Excellent value for money; very friendly staff (partly English speaking) Best location, only a few minutes walking from Parque Alameda, Bella Artes and Madero. Next metro station just around the corner

Maybe not really better but it felt a bit unnecessary that you had to leave your key at the reception every time you left the hotel

A good out-of-the-way place to rest after a day’s adventures.

Nice and clean. I liked having a jacuzzi tub. Very close to Centro. The restaurante is good. Relatively quiet, not a lot of street noise.

I would have liked an ice machine, but that’s minor. Not much of a view, lots of auto parts stores, but a good deal for the price.

Windows don't block noise from streets even in the middle of night; Shower water tends to leak out of the shower door; An additional metal part under the sink table should be removed, it is on the way of people walking in the bathroom and can hurt legs.

BED BUGS IN THE ROOM

We had bed bugs in our room and got bitten all over the body during midnight. Yet, the hotel ask for further charge because of changing the room. They didn’t even care how we feel afterwards. It has been the most terrible living experience ever.

Hotel Fleming is a great choice for an affordable stay in a great location and cool retro vibes!

This was a great hotel. The room was very clean and every day it was cleaned, beds made and towels replaced. I had a room with a full sized bed which was perfect for me alone. I liked that the front desk was staffed 24 hours and that they would hold my key so there was no chance of losing it while I was out and about the city. The location is great too, in walking distance to many things and a short Uber ride to other nearby neighborhoods.

The room size was perfect for me alone but would have felt a little small for two people. The pillows were very uncomfortable and seemed old. They could stand to replace the pillows.

They kept our key when we went out which was fine. We chose to eat breakfast there and the food was hot, fresh, and served with a smile. Only 2 blocks from a subway station.

Great value for money and an overall good experience; I recommend it for cost-conscious travellers.

Location was ideal for me; CDMX's Centro Histórico is great but can be a bit overwhelming. I loved being close enough for an easy walk to the centre, but also just a few minutes' walk to Parque Alameda, where I could escape the big city for a little while and relax among the gardens and fountains. I also made good use of the adjacent Hidalgo station to get all around the city by Metro/Metrobus. As for the hotel itself, I was very happy with the room especially for the price I paid. Hotel staff were very attentive but not at all intrusive.

It was a little bit cold in the room at certain times, because the windows (especially in the bathroom) did not close all the way. However, there was a good blanket on the bed and an extra in the wardrobe, so even in late November I didn't suffer much!

Fabulous.

They provided clean water spigot in room. It was located such that a very shallow glass, provided, could fit under the spigot. Effectively a thimble sized cup could be filled in a minute or so. It was the 4th floor; and I'm complaining about free clean water...
