Good accommodation for three nights not too far from the center.

Spacious room with table and chair. Comfortable beds. Not too far from the center.

The Metropol is always my first hotel of choice Mexico City. A well managed hotel,with very friendly professional staff in an ideal location. Also an excellent buffet or 'a la carte' breakfast.(Local people who are not guests at the hotel come to the Metropol for breakfast.)

Don't expect to have what you booked for

I had booked a room and put especifically that I would arrive at a specific time (after midnight). When I arrive, the hotel was full and they sent me to a different room (not the one I had booked). Bathroom was dirty.

Great location, very clean, but the stuffiness of the rooms makes it too warm to be comfortable.

The location is great and the whole building is very clean. The ice dispenser area is located in a convenient location in the hall way and always full.

The rooms were very hot. There was no AC which is not clearly stated on the site. The hotel did provide a fan however after a while it only rotated the same warm air. It was actually cooler outside than inside which is also off because CDMX doesn’t usually get very warm but these rooms were like little saunas. If you shower with warm water the whole room gets and stays hot. Also the hotel only provided two small towels, the size of a floor mat, which wasn’t provided either. I know we can always ask for more towels but, that’s also inconvenient. Staff is friendly but it seems like everyone only does their respective job and this if you need assistance with something you need to wait a while to be helped. Lastly, breakfast is not a included.

Room must be upgraded and amenities must be provided free. Improved the internet and TV connection.

The service I enjoy and appreciate are the breakfast food and Coffee Shop staffs. Very professional and their a team work among them. Very fast efficient service. The price and value of the food is reasonable. Highly recommended the coffee shop. The room need upgrade. no free amenities provided. Internet very weak. Room key not reliable. Room need soundproof. No aircon in the room.

The front office staff must be efficient in checking in a guest. F. O. Staffs must explained the services of the hotel. No amenities in the room (example: coffee pot and coffee tea, water and snack) . No Air Con. TV not working. I can hear the noise in other room. No view in the room. Room key no reliable.
