Very friendly staff. The decoration is stunning
Better instructions on how to arrive at the place. Please include the information on the closed place a cab can stop by and how to get from the riad. Google Maps might fail in Medina, so I advise people to pay attention to how to get there because it is not easy to find.

When Sana was there she tried to help and even the other woman that usually was in the kitchen. And location is great.
The rooms weren’t that clean as they need to be sprayed against cockroaches as both room received these guests in the shower. Also sometimes it was hard to find the staff in order to ask them for help, for example the first night I arrived I didn’t had soap in the shower.
