Family-run hotel with good facilities and good VFM. Would stay here again.

Balcony overlooking quiet street. Very friendly and helpful receptionist who arranged for a take-away breakfast as I was leaving early in the morning. Refrigerator. Clean and comfortable. 20 minute walk to the old town and port.

Charming hotel

The hotel Fineso has the vibe of an Italian family holiday on the Adriatic, about a 10 minute walk to the beach situated in a residential/apartment area with lots of shops. Bus station very close . Was a good base for exploring Kotor. Dubrovnik

I found the beds a tad uncomfortable, harder than I would have wanted.

Good for motorists!

As a group traveling with motorbikes, this place was spot on! The owner is a bike-enthusiast, and did everything to meet our requirements - including cold beers before check in. The room was OK, for short layover. Location was good for silence and had enough shops and restaurants nearby. Big plus for the communication with the owner prior arrival.

The beds were little on the stiffer side and the room's air conditioning had challenges to keep up with both heat and humidity in the room (with sweaty dirve gear).

Walking distance to beach and bus with really good breakfast

It’s 7 min walking from bus station 15 min to the beach promenade The owner was very friendly, gave me information about the carnival in may, that was really nice. Also a voucher for his own restaurant in the old town was included. Breakfast is very good!! A lot of different local things, I was really surprised. Also about the flexibility at the last day my bus was at 8 am and I asked for a breakfast carry bag and it was no problem at all. Really nice service.

Very good hotel near to the bus station with excellent breakfast. Especially the french toast, what is my favourite! Very very nice staff!

Only a loud Chinese in the next room but ok, it was not the hotel's fault. :)

Comfortable nice place!

Nice place! Very friendly hotel stuff, perfect location (close to the bus station and not far from the sea), a big bed with separate blankets, a desk in the room and a balcony with chairs and beautiful view. Ah, and it's very calm and quiet during night time!

We didn't have a big issues. Everything was very good! Maybe adding a soap for hands in the bathroom and an electric kettle could make the room ideal.

perfect experience

everything was wonderful. we were there for the honeymoon, they made a little surprise for us also. everybody was very kindly and helpful. housekeepers were very very kindly especially. breakfast is wonderful, shuttle service is wonderful, location is perfect. rooms are very clean and comfortable. if we will be able to go again, my room is ready! I will stay there agin.

The hotel is in a very good location. Breakfast is amazing. All the staff is very helpful and easy to communicate with. This is my second time in this hotel and for the 3rd time I will definitely choose again!

Team was helpful they arranged transfert to airport . Breakfast was home made and tasty with fruit and hot food (a lot of choices) .Coffee machine was good . All the staff was very friendly.Specially the young girls at the réception.they speak fluently English. The owner of the hôtel has been very reactive and get us fastly a car to airport I Hope to come back again soon.

The hotel staff is great, the owner gave us some tips where to go around Budva and it has been one of the best experiences we have had. The breakfast is good and varied, and you can have it on the restaurant's balcony. The cleaning is great and the parking too. The hotel has many restaurants, markets and stores on a short walking distance and the old town is just 20min walking.

Sometimes our room smelled like someone had smoked in there, although the rooms are smoking free.

Great stay at The Fineso Hotel

The location - quiet and only easy 20 minute walk to old town or ten to the beach front area. Plus, only 5 mins to bus station. The owner was great - very helpful with advice and always cheery (not usual in Balkan region). He also owns a Chinese r'rant by the old town walls which he gave a discount card for. It was good. Room was spacious, clean, good bathroom and nice balcony. The vfm was great too. Definitely recommend for those travelling on a budget.

No curtain on the bathroom window. Bedroom curtain wasn't wide enough so room was full with sun light in the morning. No noise insulation in room - heard our neighbors. Our double room was a little bit small.
