It is nice for a short stay.

Cleanliness was good. All amenities were present.

They say that reception is open 24/7. But we arrived earlier than expected, at 5 am. There was nobody until 8 am, the doors were open and anyone could enter, without any security.

Nice place, but no staff to help you with anything.

Property is fine but there were no staff. I waited an hour to be seen to check in. Owner on holiday and didn’t arrange for anyone to be here.

You can’t have bookings open with no staff to deal with customer needs.

Fun place with good sized rooms

The location was great and the room was quite big. It had everything we needed and the staff were friendly and helpful.

A bit of a clean up of the plants and garden would have made the balcony much nicer to use.

Hospitable service

The hotel is very well upkept. Located within walking distance from the Budva bus station as well as the strands. Check-in was a breeze, absolute hospitable service. Plus point: The room is equipped with an AC and every room has their own little balcony. The bathroom is spacious and has all amenities.

The fridge was not working while we were there, it's not an issue as we stayed one night only, but worth checking if further maintenance is needed!

Location was a very short walk to the beach and was close to a medium sized supermarket which was useful. Rooms were nice enough and perfect for what we needed them for. View from the top floor terrace is stunning!

Wasn’t communicated to us that the pool would not be available until we arrived to check in which was the main reason we chose this hotel. The air con in one of ours rooms didn’t work. I also had to pay using cash as my debit card wasn’t accepted on arrival which was slightly inconvenient, however the man on reception was EXTREMELY helpful with this and also apologised numerous times for this.

Overall great location and great hotel for city explorers and beach lovers.

Hotel location is perfect for those who want to be close to the center and still close to the beach. Approximately 20 min walk to the Old Town, 15 min walk to the Riviera where the beach and the restaurants are. Despite being in the center it’s still calm and quiet at night for a restful sleep. The staff is very friendly and will go above and beyond to make your stay positive. Breakfast was great and always fresh.

WiFi was a struggle in the room. There is no quiet area if you need to work.

Excellent!

Clean and comfortable. Also, it gives impression of a well maintained hotel, since enterior of my room was in a very good shape. Price/Value ratio - totally worth it, although I was there in "close but still out-of-season" period, so I'm not sure what happens when everything is in the full swing. But, for that particular stay, it was trully exceptional accomodation.

Hard to find, location is in the heart of the town but in somewhat crowded area. But once you manage to find it and get to know the environment, everything is OK, the place actually becomes a good feature since it's very near to many shops, grocery stores, caffee and restoraunts, main bus station...

Don't worth for the price!

The rooms were very clean, the only thing that i liked here.

The road to the hotel was very tricky, and not even a table or smth to show where to go. The staff was weird. They asked for both passports, me and my friend and it was the first time that I have to show passports of all guest to the reception. Super weird. They had a second place to park, which was a bit far away from the hotel, which means another stress to move again your car into that tiny road! The staff was not friendly at all. Very bad communication.
