    Muy simpáticos y atentos los de recepción, fueron muy amables. El hostal siempre estaba limpio y tiene una ubicación excelente. Era fácil caminar para todas partes, o tomar el metro cerca para ir a lugares lejanos. Lo recomiendo 100%, volvería a hospedarme acá feliz

    ​I arrived late around midnight due to a flight delay. The hostel has no prominent signage on the street and is incredibly hard to find. I only managed to locate it because a kind passerby saw me wandering around and told me it was on the 2nd floor, where you have to ring a buzzer twice at different doors just to get inside. ​While the building itself has access control, your actual room does not. The room door has NO lock, and the hostel does not provide a key for it. Anyone in the hostel can just walk in, and it opens directly into the reception area. The soundproofing is terrible: one side of the room faces a busy main road with non-stop traffic noise all night, and on the other side, the reception staff were loudly chatting with people at 2:00 AM. I could hear every single word and couldn't sleep at all. ​But the most shocking part is that they charge an extra €2 for a blanket! If you don’t pay, you are literally left with nothing but a bare bed and a pillow. Having traveled to numerous countries across Asia and Europe, this is the absolute first time I have ever seen a place charging for a basic blanket. Unbelievable. ​To top it off, they force you to pay a €6.60 city tax upon arrival. If you choose to pay by card instead of cash, they slap an extra 5% surcharge on you. Charging extra fees for card payments is completely illegal under EU regulations (PSD2). ​This place is greedy, loud, and offers zero privacy. Save your money and avoid at all costs!

    Overall the location is good , but during checkin they demand for extra bedset and blanket and towel . Like we just paid the per night price for matress ? Like 2 € for bedset and 2€ for matress . Entry to hostel , everytime when you have to come to hostel you have to ring the bell . And at night at waited 15 minutes outside just because no one opened the door .

    1. They charge ypu city tax on top ypur payment to Agoda, which was not notified in advace. 2. Window/balcony window is really thin so ypu can hear all the noises feom outside, hard to sleep. 3. Will try to charge ypu anything extra, bed sheet closet locker etc., 4. I had hard time resting there and left the hostel extremely tired after 3 nights of stay there.
