Good location, has its own restaurant and helpful staff

Too many steps (it is on a cliff). Our room was ok but I had a loft with no protection from the bed to the ground, it can be a bit dangerous at night if you wake up to go to the restroom for example.

The location of the hotel is brilliant: on the cliffs overlooking the caldera with the best view of the sunset. We received a free upgraded room when checking in, which was a nice bonus and put us closer to the pool which we knew we'd use in the heat. The breakfast had some continental style options available as a buffet, and then a menu to select your freshly prepared breakfast. The options for meals and coffee were excellent and we tried lots of different options. The staff were all exceptional from the housekeeping staff who also lugged customer suitcases up and down the stairs, to the waiting staff.

I have no complaints! We quickly identified the settings to reduce the heat of the hot tub which was making our bathroom steam up. Other customers were seemingly not aware of the tourist tax which will be billed at the end of your stay.

Kapari Resort in Santorini was the absolute surprise highlight of our 3 weeks around Europe. We stayed in the Loft Suite on honeymoon and it was so special. The staff were exceptional and the included menu breakfast was excellent. There are convenience stores, Skaros Rock and many restaurants all in easy walking distance. The views were so stunning and we dream of going back already.

The style of the hotel was beautiful and the location was exceptional. The infinity pool and lounge area was beautiful, even though it was small as was my upgraded suite.

The bathroom had no ventilation, no light in the shower and the heat from the bathroom came into the bedroom. Also waiting staff spent more time talking to other guests and not paying attention to serving me they were also often not in the restaurant area at meal times . I had a particular experience where it wasn’t explained to me that a massage therapist was male and the treatment itself was not a high enough standard for the expensive cost with a huge lack of communication. The manager was thoughtful, but ultimately there was no compensation offered which would’ve felt appropriate.
