A comfortable overnight stay in an interesting property with a helpful host

Beautiful house with very nice period interior with some quirky and different touches. Large airy room (much appreciated in the sweltering heat of our stay) and bathroom. Amicable host spoke perfect English. Large, on site secure parking area. Plenty of space to sit out in the large garden which offers both sunny and lush tree shaded areas Excellent substantial inclusive continental breakfast with the addition of fresh fruit and cake. Quiet out of town location.

Great Location. Nice Residence. Ample/easy parking. Picturesque village nearby.

Very nice location, a small village with all you can need. A pleasant place to stop over to ‘get away from it all’…. Very nice breakfast, ltd choice but enough. Stayed during the period of very hot weather, so was very uncomfortable to sleep (luckily i anticipated this & bought a fan with me, made it slightly more bearable😬). Would like to stay in the Autumn, to see the difference.

Unusual house with a very friendly host. We didn’t have much time to spend in the garden but it is a wonderful addition with plenty of seating.

Excellent stay in a lovely house. Breakfast incredible value.

This was a beautiful house with an extensive garden. We were met by Stephanie who was lovely and spoke excellent English. There was secure parking for our bike. The room was a good size and had a heated towel rail in the bathroom that was really helpful if you need to rinse out some clothes. It was about a 10 min walk into the town which was a wonderful historic town. Go to the tourist office and watch the video on how Pont L'Eveque cheese is made and pick up a leaflet to do your own walking tour . The breakfast at the house was incredibly good value for 10 euros. There was bread and croissants, cold meats and cheese as well as yoghurt and fruit. Overall highly recommend this place.

For cyclists you do need to cycle a bit in the town to get there but the streets weren't busy. Although a washiing machine was listed on the facilities (we were a bit desperate to wash some clothes at this point) you don't have access to it yourselves. There is a charge of 10 euro and Stephanie would need to do it for you.

Perfect place for exploring Normandy.

This B&B is a gem! Its prime location is just a short walk from a charming small town, perfect for exploring local shops and cafes. The beautiful garden offers a serene escape, ideal for relaxing after a day out. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, making us feel right at home with their warm hospitality. Convenient on-site parking was a huge plus, making our stay hassle-free. Highly recommend this lovely spot for a cozy getaway!

Lovely historical gem

Charming, lovely B&B! Stephanie is a gem and her English is VERY good.

The only reason I didn't give top marks for the bed is that I like a softer bed. However, I slept very well!

A perfect stay in a lovely, peaceful setting with a warm and helpful host

I stayed one night in the Superior Double Room and everything was perfect. The room and shower were both spacious, very clean, and well equipped. The bed was especially comfortable, and I appreciated the reliable high-speed fiber internet. The house also has a beautiful garden - quiet and peaceful, ideal for relaxing. Stephanie, the owner, was extremely kind and welcoming, and her excellent English made communication easy. I didn’t get the chance to try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that.

There was nothing I didn’t like - everything met or exceeded expectations.

Great overnight stay

Spacious room and really quiet location not far from the motorway Everything was very clean.Super garden which we could use for our picnic. The bed was comfy. The breakfast was really fresh and had cheese as well as jam for our croissants and baguette.

A little too far to walk to local restaurants for an evening meal and they were closed on a sunday evening.

I felt I was staying in someone's home.

There was a safe place for my bike, but in such a quiet location hardly necessary. Super gothic-style Normandy house with a big garden, a very short walk into the town for dinner. The host let me in at 3pm despite not really being open til 5, but I was very tired after cycling in the extreme heat. The other guests were pleasant people.

Nice stay in a renovated Normandy house

It is an old Normandy house that is nicely renovated. The room was very beautiful and cosy. Nice host. And you can buy some local products there.

It is quite a walk into town if you want to grab food. So better enjoy walking or go by car. We expected that and it was no problem, but just be aware ;-)

A pleasant stay

The hotel is fine. We only booked for one night. The room and bathroom were comfortable and clean. The parking is secure. The owner was very friendly and helpful. She even made dinner reservations for us. It is a 10 minute walk into town. Lots of restaurants in the center. All in all, a good stay.

Just an overnight stay - but the house was itself was wonderful.

We had an evening picnic in the garden, which was lovely. The next morning we left early and had coffee and croissants in Pont-l'Évêque. We enjoyed looking around this a characterful little town, less than a mile down the road.
