A great stay, central hotel with parking

Hotel location was excellent, with ample free parking available. Staff were all friendly and helpful with good local knowledge. Cook to order breakfast was lovely and there was a good choice on offer.

The heat in the bedrooms was the only downside. I would certainly return, but only in Wintertime!

From start to finish we really enjoyed our stay. We got married at the landmark 10 years ago and our room booking this time was very kindly upgraded to a suite . We were over the moon with this. We also had evening food at the landmark and it was also exceptional.

An excellent hotel to stay and close to the Shannon

We only stayed one night but it was very comfortable. The staff helpful and friendly. The evening meal was delicious and well presented. We had continental breakfast but there was a wide range of choice. It may be a tad more expensive but worth every penny. We would recommend this hotel.

Good if nothing goes wrong!

Convenient and clean. A good place but spoiled by a heating incident at night - took over 45 mins to get help with the heating full on and the room boiling. Once fixed it was still too hot to sleep

The slow response - 45mins- to my asking for help at 10 pm with an overheating room. I am 80 and was told the staff was busy! The boys who finally came were helpful and managed to fix it at 10.45. I was very upset

Great hotel with amazing staff

The location of the hotel is great - not too far to walk to the bars and restaurants but far enough away not to hear the noise. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and there are plenty of them. Food is great and the scones in the Aromas Cafe (which is part of the hotel) are amazing. Loved the whole experience. Would definitely recommend this hotel. I have no complaints.

We booked this after our car broke down. The staff were so helpful with helping us get to a garage the next day. Breakfast was fabulous.
