Fantastic location and a fantastic hotel. Our room was just perfect. The food was a taste sensation, especially the gourmet dinner in the Yew Tree restaurant. The spa facilities were excellent and not overcrowded. All the staff were friendly, helpful, caring and respectful, they were so attentive throughout our stay. This was a special birthday treat for my husband from our children, a lovely welcome/birthday note and a bottle of Prosecco awaited us in our room on arrival. The chef also made a lovely birthday treat after our meal. These extra touches were much appreciated and made the whole experience so enjoyable.

In general was ok - Nothing stood out
I didn't like the advertisement with the bar but actually the function bar. The bar is very poor. Also Accommodation staff came into our room without waiting and we werent checking out. Poor breach of privacy.
