The apartment was clean and we had almost everything we needed. The staff were really helpful, friendly, and professional. In general it was a comfortable stay, great location to go different places.
Just a few downsides: we are 4 ladies who stayed for 2 nights and we found only one toilet roll in the bathroom. So, we asked at reception for some extra and were told there would be an extra charge and they didn't have any to give us. It was disappointing because you don't want to accidentally run out of toilet roll when you need it most, and having an extra can put you at ease. Yes, we bought our own toilet rolls and in fact, we finished the hotel's toilet roll and used our own. We've left our extra rolls in the hotel so the next visitors can feel more comfortable.
And secondly, it's a small thing, but it would be so much better if you could install at least one hook in the bathroom for clothes to hang. Also, in the entire apartment, there's only one tiny swinging bin for rubbish in the bathroom and it barely fits anything other than sanitary/toiletries rubbish. Those are very small issues and easy to fix. Other than that, we had a good stay 😊

The water during the bath was cold. The cleanliness is not good. The sofa cama is not comfortable.
