Stuff in incredible, breakfast is tasty and fulfilling.
There is a lift
Bathroom door was broken, and couldn’t be closer, window is either fully open or closed and there is no AC. We got our toiletries only after asking receptionist directly.

water pressure was great in the shower, super close to the metro, train station, a spar is next door, bed was also comfortable for the price it was adequate.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the start. Also, the location is excellent—very well-placed and convenient for exploring the city.

The blue eyed gentleman who welcomed us on the reception was very nice and kind and he made our day more pleasant!
Location is good, there are fast food restaurants near, as well as shop that works 24h. You can catch a trolley or a train in 2 minutes.
The bed was nice.
Also, the breakfast was nice, there is something for everyone, and coffee is amazing.
There was a door in the middle of our room that was clearly separating our room from our neighbors' room. It was blocked with the chair and sealed with one nail. That was very uncomfortable and a bit creepy to be honest. You could hear people from the other room too well even if they weren't too loud- the door is not soundproof. Think night activities...We felt very uncomfortable.
The mattress' zip was broken and linens were too small to reach all the corners.
The room wasn't as clean. There was a gummy worm on the balcony doorstep. I tried removing it but it was stuck like it was glued. Not sure how long it was there.
Nobody changed our towels unless we asked for it. Nobody changed the trash bags.
The toilet was bad- there was a rack for a towel inside the shower. The curtains did not prevent water to go everywhere and there was no drain for water to go. So we had to use towels. The mirror shelf was slanted and you couldn't put anything on it because it would fall. There was no space for our stuff, there was nothing to put anything on.
The lady from the reception seemed to struggle with English so there was a bit of difficulty in communication.
Power outlets were too far from the bedstands.
Tv channels were lagging.
