    Eh not very good also you have to make your own bed with linen they give you at reception, only good thing is that they have curtains on the bed

    There was a lack of communication , not because of the language. The room didn't get cleaned the first day, although requested, the light in the room wasn't working an when informed, I felt kind of laughed at.

    Location is great, there is a bus stop nearby. Self check-in could have a long waiting time during peak hours but it was ok. Reception has a cafe, bar, play area for kids, ATM, and a vendo machine. The hotel also has a laundromat, which is great. Reception is understaffed though, one is doing assistance with check-in and ALSO serving in the bar. My major issue would be the BEDS. I am 100% sure whoever designed it is not a parent. It is dangerous with all those big metals.
