The staff was phenomenal!!! They were so sweet, attentive and ensured I was safe by checking up on me when I got back from my hike!! My roommate were so great that we’re going to hanging out during this summer after our trip!! Trust me, this place is perfect, GO AND BOOK YOUR TRIP AND ENJOY YOURSELF!! You only live once Perfect for first time solo-travelers; place was so great I’m going again in 2 months

The location is soooo perfect , right in the mountains, view is amazing everywhere , many attractions are walkable

Luggage storage is not available after checkout which is disappointing cuz mostly train or bus back is late evening

You can only check in from 4pm to 8pm No breakfast No oven Kitchen only open from 7.30am ~ i need to buy hot water to eat instant noodles at 7 No toiletries No proper luggage storage Sometimes it gets too loud if big holidays group stay
