Bed very comfortable, great location and right next to underground station. Could walk to Kreuzerg. The staff were very helpful and nothing was ever a problem.

Lovely reception, beds really comfortable, staff helpful and very polite .
Surrounding area felt a little run down. It was a good 30 minutes walk into the centre. No kettle or iron in room.
