    This property offers extremely basic rooms, with all 3 booked rooms for our group on different floors offering only a single outlet and no mini-fridge or any basic things like drinking water. The room was clean but small, the bathrooms were just okay with the flush being broken but useable, however anything besides soap and toilet paper wasn't provided. The place really needs some sort of modernisation. Breakfast was just okay with cereal, coffee and some bread/croissants, jam packets were provided and a sparse selection of meat and cheese to make a sandwich. Customer service was good and accommodating, which helped, but the rooms were quite the let down. They also provided a fan in the summer heat, no AC outside the lobby.

    Brilliant hotel, excellent breakfast ,dinner, location fantastic, in walking distance grotto, museums ,staff very 🤗 welcoming , helpful,go extra mile ,cead mile failta as we say in Irish language hundred thousand welcomes😀

    The staff are rude anf the room is not very clean. Also no a/c and the breakfast not enough food on the table
