Service is great and we would love to special thanks to Mr Diaa the front office manager and mr Youssef from the reception.
Pool bar staff are more than great.

The room was nice, but I paid more than some others due to my nationality. And, some others paid just as much as I did and got worse rooms that are very old, some of them didn’t even have proper electrical sockets.
The reception staff was a bit rude sometimes, the rest of the staff was okay. The room service refused to give me coffee but offered beer instead, even though I am muslim and don’t drink alcohol.
