Staff, staff, staff starting from Mr. Diaa all the way to the bellman on our checkout.
Although it was clean and maintained, many accommodation sections need to be renovated. Concerning the slides, it was not bad but not like the uploaded photos on booking making us frustrated.

The room was nice, but I paid more than some others due to my nationality. And, some others paid just as much as I did and got worse rooms that are very old, some of them didn’t even have proper electrical sockets.
The reception staff was a bit rude sometimes, the rest of the staff was okay. The room service refused to give me coffee but offered beer instead, even though I am muslim and don’t drink alcohol.
