Extremely poor experience. The staff was unprofessional and made us uncomfortable by discussing political matters that have nothing to do with guests seeking relaxation. The rooms were not clean and clearly below basic hygiene standards. This hotel lacks even the minimum level of professionalism and respect expected in the hospitality industry. We paid for comfort and peace, not for disturbance and inconvenience. My family was very upset with this stay, and we would definitely not return or recommend it.

We stayed at this hotel for 9 nights (10 days) and overall had a really great experience. Positive The room we got was wonderful - very spacious and comfortable. In general, all rooms seem quite large, which is a big plus. The hotel area is huge, well maintained, and there’s a shuttle that takes you around, which is very convenient. One of the highlights is the variety of pools. There are adult-only pools, family pools, quiet pools without music, and even rooms with private pools, so everyone can find something they like. The main pool, where the DJ plays and activities happen, had a great vibe, but it’s quite shallow and mostly for families with kids. So it’s a bit of a trade-off - fun atmosphere, but not ideal if you want a more adults-only setting. The food was excellent. Breakfast had a great egg station, and in the evenings there was a very good wok station. Every day there was grilled meat - lamb, chicken, and more - and we also enjoyed shrimp. The main buffet was great, and even after 9 nights it didn’t get boring. There are also several à la carte restaurants you can book. We tried the French one and loved it - the duck was delicious, and the onion soup was amazing. The atmosphere there was also really nice. For lunch, we usually went to the beach restaurant (Basilico), where you can order unlimited food - pizza, burgers, shrimp, calamari, and seabass. It was perfect to eat by the beach, so we often skipped the buffet. The alcohol quality was also good. We were two friends, went out almost every day, and still felt fine the next morning - no headaches. The beach was nice, with enough sunbeds. In early April there were some pink jellyfish - not pleasant, but it didn’t stop us from swimming. Snorkeling was great, especially since we brought our own masks. The staff overall was polite, professional, and always ready to help. The animation team at our hotel was amazing - they really put a lot of effort into everything. We experienced great Easter celebrations, including both Orthodox and Catholic Easter, with lots of activities, decorations, and themed events. There were special evenings, an Arabian day (we even saw a camel), and overall the animators always looked great - costumes, shows, and details. You could really see the extra effort, and we were very well entertained. The animation team also became our friends, and we went out with them to clubs - we visited around six and had a great time. Another big highlight was the access to special events and visiting artists. Already on our first day, we attended a concert by INNA at Tal Avenue for free. Transportation from the hotel was well organized, and there were food and drinks available at the venue. We had an amazing time - the entertainment overall was truly one of the best parts of this stay. We also want to highlight how safe and well organized the hotel is when it comes to lost items. I once forgot my cap on the beach and was able to find it without any problem. The hotel has a Lost and Found system where even very small items are collected and returned. Guests leave things behind every day, and everything is carefully handled. There is even a dedicated chat where you can look through photos of found items and easily identify yours. We saw this system in action ourselves, and it really shows that you can trust the staff and feel completely safe with your belongings. Special thanks to some team members who stood out: Elfol - very friendly and attentive. M. Ayman (French restaurant) - great service and a very nice experience. Mohammed Donia (reception) - very helpful, especially with a room extension and free upgrade. Moamen (pool towels) - always positive and helpful. Another big plus was the international mix of guests. There were many Italians (even a separate animation team for them), as well as British, Germans, and Russian guests. Everyone was friendly and respectful, and the overall atmosphere was really comfortable. ⸻ Negative One downside

Excellent hotel, even better staff. The hotel environment is perfect, maybe a little remark about the food, but nothing special. The beach is beautiful and clean, the coral reef is beautiful and a real pleasure when swimming with a mask. Recommendation for the Arabian hotel
