Staying at hotel Laguna was a truly wonderful experience. The staff are extremely friendly and always ready to assist, while the rooms are spotless and comfortable. The food is diverse and delicious. All compliments to the hotel – see you again next year!

The customer services was excellent
The service was so weak, They didn't change the twel, and the breakfast meal it was not good and so bad, and they didn't provide the at least by kettles
