The location was further away from central Edinburgh than we had appreciated but we used a very good taxi firm when needs be. The apartment was delightful and the beds were super comfortable. The lounge area provided a comfy sofa to relax on after a busy day in the City. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of hot water.
There were some problems with the TV service and some minor issues with appliances. The freezer was somewhat difficult to deal with.

Excellent location, quiet road but minutes walk to Leith Walk with restaurants and cafes, shops and bus and tram stops.
Second bathroom very small, more cutlery and china needed to avoid washing up after each meal. Accommodation was very expensive during the Fringe.

Large kitchen and lounge well equipped , clean . Good main bedroom and en-suite 2 minute walk to the tram ,
The bathroom is silly , the wash basin is the size of a box of weetabix add a tap and try to shave or brush your teeth almost impossible , And the toilet is crammed next to the bath Not being crude but toilet paper use is almost impossible , windows are filthy dirty
