Excellent location, quiet road but minutes walk to Leith Walk with restaurants and cafes, shops and bus and tram stops.
Second bathroom very small, more cutlery and china needed to avoid washing up after each meal. Accommodation was very expensive during the Fringe.

Location is good. Very spacious. Comfortable beds with nice cotton sheets. Good instructions!for checking in, departure and how to use appliances.

Large kitchen and lounge well equipped , clean . Good main bedroom and en-suite 2 minute walk to the tram ,
The bathroom is silly , the wash basin is the size of a box of weetabix add a tap and try to shave or brush your teeth almost impossible , And the toilet is crammed next to the bath Not being crude but toilet paper use is almost impossible , windows are filthy dirty
