About this apartment rental
Small flat with private garden and air-conditioned in a quiet area only a few minutes far from the sea. It is accessoried with CD player, DVD, Tv-SAT, electric cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge and washing machine. In the garden there are a table, chairs, a big umbrella and barbecue. At your disposal there are two bycicles to ride to the beach, to the centre of the town or to the pinewood which is very near.

This is a spacious, well lighted first-floor apartment with a very nice kitchen. It is fine for a family or friends who want to spend time at the beach. However, it was mistakenly advertised as having air conditioning. It does not, so you need to leave the windows open. It also didn't have wifi. But Luca did put it in when we were there. You also need to supply your own bed linens and towels. If you are flying, like we were, this can take up a lot of room and weight in your bags. We found this listed as a long-stay apartment. This is fine for a few days or a couple of weeks at the most. The area is lovely, with a kids' park nearby, but is a 15 to 20 minute walk to the beach.

Appartamento molto ampio e ben ventilato. Buona fornitura di utensili. Aggiungerei qualche contenitore in più e una o due padelle.

Super Wohnung, alles da. Wir waren zu zweit und hatten reichlich Platz und einen kleinen Balkon für Frühstück und Abendessen. Sehr zufriedenstellend!

Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut eingerichtet. Kontakt mit Luca ist reibungslos verlaufen, immer schnelle Antworten und sehr freundlich. Für die Empfehlung des Jazz Festivals sind wir ihm sehr Dankbar.
Direkt neben der Wohnung ca. 200m und 300m sind zwei Restaurants können wir auch empfehlen die wir öfters besucht haben Roadhouse Grill und Asuka.
Promenade ist zu Fuß erreichbar und abends ist da jeden Tag was los.
Hinter dem Haus ist ein Kleiner Park für Kinder wo wir auch zwei mal waren.
Wir haben Florenz, Pisa, Forte dei Marmi, Luca und Eines der Dörfer von Chinque Terre besucht. wobei Luca hat und sehr gut gefallen.
Anderen die diesen Wohnung und Ort besuchen wünschen wir einen schönen Aufenthalt.
