lokalizacja, widok z okna, bliskość restauracji z możliwością zakupu pieczywa czy podstawowych artykułów, bliskość niezatłoczonych plaży, parking w cenie, czystość lokalu i okolicy, przemiły Gospodarz.
łóżka pojedyncze dla dzieci są świetne, ale łóżko w salonie wg nas jest do zmiany na twardsze i małżeńskie - ta zmiana wg nas znacząco podniosłaby atrakcyjność lokalu

Razgled iz sob je božanski, dostop do lepih plaž je enostaven, blizu je tudi restavracija. plaže in jezero je čisto, brez gužve.
Če bi imela hiša klimo, bi bilo že kičasto. Nočni mir ne obstaja zaradi objestnih voznikov 😬

The place of apartment is excellent, nice old fashion Italian interior, great private parking in the yard, nice view through the window.
Quit uncomfortable bed, load cars sounds (as it near the street), check out at 10 h., so there is no possibility to sleep longer. For this value of money I would like to have even later check out and normal twin bed.
