nice stop in a lovely Italian village, worth to trek around, without touristic croud.

Located in the old center of Canzo, it is easily accessible, and parking next to the close-by basilica was practical. The beds were comfortable. And the kitchen was correctly equipped. Place was clean, and the little balcony in the little inner courtyard was nice to have.

May be larger pans / pots could be useful. Otherwise nothing we didn’t like :)

Leaking water pipes in the kitchen, had to clean the puddles of water and change buckets at night.

Nice and quite area, comfortable beds.

The pipes under the kitchen sink were leaking water, the host knew it, put a small cup to collect the water before our arrival, but it got full quickly and we found a large puddle of water in the kitchen that we had to clean. The host suggested to put a larger bucket under the sink and so I did, but had to change the water at night and worry about the situation not to worsen and overflow again. No appology for the situation or a discount or anything offered, just a “thank you for understanding”, so that’s that. Understanding what - that I had to pay for a restless night and clean your puddles and change buckets?..

Host was not very friendly and flexible, particularly for check-out timing.

The host was very rude about the check-out timing. We were 35 minutes late, and the cleaning lady came inside without knocking and started moving around and spoke very angrily and loudly (almost shouting). The host should have been explicit about the check-out hour.

The shower curtain or door was partially missing so a lot of water went into the toilet. Slightly bad smell

Served my purpose and would certainly use again.

Good central location . Very clean and comfortable apartment. Good size bathroom and shower. Does need a few small repairs. Good enough space for one or 2 people .

Unfortunately the induction hob didnt work and a microwave would be a good addition. Parking is in town by the church in a carpark ,often difficult to get a space. There is no outdoor space to the apartment other than one chair at the top of the steps.

El apartamento es muy cómodo y decorado con mucho gusto. Está en una zona tranquila y las instrucciones de la llegada eran claras. Fácil de encontrar y entrar.

Habían algunas cosas que no estaban en un buen funcionamiento.

Un po' delusa...

Posizione tranquilla

Casa umida, mancante di riscaldamento funzionante o abbastanza potente da combattere gli evidenti problemi di umidità dimostrabili dalle pareti macchiate. Un odore permanente di muffa e umidità Purtroppo permea l'appartamento. Mancava la macchina del caffe adatta ai fornelli ad induzione e non c'è stata data una vera soluzione. Rispetto alle foto mancava anche il forno a microonde..... Mi aspettavo un po' di più

Solo bella da vedere

L’appartamento non corrisponde alle foto pubblicate. Pile condizionatore non funzionanti ,sostituite con quelle del telecomando tv.Microonde non esiste , trovato un bollitore .Doccia non funzionante e il problema esistente da recensioni precedenti. Pulizia , ripiani armadi pieni di polvere , porta spazzolini e dentifricio con residui di uso precedente e portasapone liquido completamente vuoto . Il letto con un telaio sporgente dal materasso , molto scomodo x salire e scendere. I comodini posizionati in verticale, quindi inutilizzabili e lo spazio x accedere al letto , molto ristretto e scomodo . I muri del salotto e del bagno , presentano abbondanti tracce di umidità . Trovato rotolo di carta igienica usato meno di metà e un rotolo di scorta . Non c’era neanche una bottiglia d’acqua di benvenuto. Cercato di contattare il gestore x una conversazione telefonica , ma è stato impossibile, rispondevo solo con messaggi whatsapp . A mio giudizio, il valore dell’appartamento è meno della metà della cifra richiesta e mi domando come Booking possa continuare a proporlo malgrado le recensioni negative pubblicate dai visitatori

Très confortable !

Équipements au top, très confortables et récents. En plein centre de Canzo, très agréable.

Logement pas propre à notre arrivée (toilettes, sol), douche qui ne fonctionne pas avec la pomme de douche mais que en "fontaine" ce qui n’est pas pratique du tout. Nous en avons fait part au propriétaire qui nous a dit qu'il ferait le nécessaire pour corriger ces éléments.

L'host che risponde solo via messaggio su booking e mai alle chiamatw Il letto troppo morbido e la camera un pochino fredda. Il checkin solo dalle 14 in poi senza la possiibilità di lasciare bagagli in stanza

Es war schimmelig, dreckig und hat gestunken. Außerdem war die Eigentümerin sehr unfreundlich schon vor der Reise. Die Parksituation war ebenfalls sehr schwierig.

On annonce une terrasse, un jardin et une vue sur la montagne : oui il y a une terrasse mais une demi table et une chaise, la montagne on peut la voir en se penchant un peu au niveau la porte entre 2 maisons on voit un bout de montagne, la jardin c'est une friche. Le parking, c'est le parking public où il faut payer

Soggiorno indimenticabile!

La struttura è un perfetto mix di modernità e accoglienza, ben attrezzata, pulitissima e curata nei minimi dettagli. L’host è stato sempre disponibile e gentile. La posizione è eccezionale: a soli 100 metri dalla piazza principale di Canzo e dal celebre bar "Pasticceria Citterio", un vero gioiello italiano. Canzo è il luogo ideale per chi cerca relax e desidera riconnettersi con la natura. Consigliatissimo!

Una potenzialità non sfruttata

L’appartamento è in una piccola corte, in centro e con più parcheggi vicini. La persona referente è stata cordiale e veloce nel rispondere e nel cercare di attivarsi per far fronte alle piccole problematiche.

L’appartamento è risultato sporco, capelli nella doccia, lenzuolo del letto macchiato (che, più che lenzuolo, sembrava il solo copri materasso,) e TANTA muffa sui muri. Potenzialmente potrebbe diventare più bello: si dovrebbe coprire ad esempio, nel bagno, la nicchia caldaia con i prodotti per la pulizia e la scopa/scala dietro la porta del bagno.
