Luxury stay ideal for couples or small groups.

Beautifully decorated, spacious and very comfortable. Excellent facilities. We very much enjoyed the pool and had it to ourselves when we used it. The owners have thought of everything that could be needed and have created a wonderful home from home experience. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent. Very near to several places of interest including Pisa, Lucca and Cinque Terre. Car recommended for making travelling around easier. There’s a little bar along from the property. Perfect for pastries in the morning. Onsite parking is limited with space for 1 or 2 cars but there are several public parking spaces opposite (be aware that these are quite tight spaces). I would not hesitate to recommend this property and would be delighted to have the chance to stay there again in future. It’s fantastic value for money and was a luxurious base for our holiday.

Best option for Forte dei Marmi area!

Very modern apartment in a hotel regim, very clean and probably the most spacious in the area. It's really good value for money and only 15 min by car from Forte dei Marmi and 30 min from Viareggio. The host was extremely helpful and offered us recommendations to good and nice restaurants in the areas we have visited. We have had pleasant surprises with all the venues Niccolo recommended. We felt like home in this apartment, nothing was missing and the area offers a lot of choises for eating and having fun. Also the beach is really wide, clean, civilized. We can't wait to return! Big thank you to Niccolo and his family! 👍

Am avut ocazia să petrecem zile de vacanță plăcut surprinsă în această structură.

Vacanță foarte frumoasă. Structura mult plăcută, cu o bucătărie dotată cu toate cele necesare, prosoape de baie de calitate bună toate ustensilele pentru igiena. Proprietar inteligent amabil, personal decent mereu cu zâmbetul pe față. Super brave.

Moderní apartmán. 10min autem k moři.

Je to krásný prostorný moderně vybavený apartmán. Je snad i hezčí než na fotkách. Ma klimatizaci, myčku na nádobí. Ma k dispozici větší vířivku/menší bazén, gril, pracku na spolecne menší terase. Ta terasa je společná pro 3 apartmány. Umístění je fajn. 10min autem k pláži, 40min do Pisy, 2hod do Florencie. Byl to náš výchozí bod pro různé výlety po Toskánsku. Nic nam nechybělo. Cítili jsme se bezpečně a komfortne.

Okolí budovy mne zprvu překvapilo. Je lepší si nastavit správné očekávání, že dům se nechají v italské vesničce a kolem nic moc není k vidění. Dům vedle se rekonstruuje, ale ničemu to nevadilo. Nebyl žádný hluk.
