Location was great for Mattencherry visit. Rooms were big enough to accommodate 12people, our group was only 8. Parking facility was a great help. There is an option for swimming pool.
Property desperately needs proper maintenance. Bathroom doors doesn't have lock, no floor mats, painting was peeling off, cleaning was poor state outdoors near swimming pool. Swimming pool also needs a face lift, ventilation was not great, pools water was a bit dirty and it looks bad with the background colour inside the pool. Pool needs that blue colour to reflect water quality. Pool area feels a bit enclosed, could do with opening a bit more for day light & ventilation. Our stay was good value for money but the owner could charge premium price with good house keeping. Staff didn't mention about the additional cost for using pool, it was better to make it clear at the beginning.

The Closest Hotel to the Tourist destinations of Kochi. Just Walkable to Dutch Palace, Jew Street Jew Synagogue 400-500 metres. Nights are safe being a Lady walking alone
At Night they keep the Main Gate closed so every time u go out need to bother the security to open it.
