Great location. Really nice and clean hotel. Loved the communal lounge area on the rooftop and breakfast. Great AC and amenities. Shaan was so friendly and helped us arrange for a driver to take us on a boat trip which was quite far away and wait for us.

Nothing, everything was great.

The breakfast was very good and you didn't leave hungry wanting more.Place was clean and nearby to visiting sights with tuk tuks also available 2 take you further afield. Shaan was an amazing host, very helpful and made you feel relaxed which is what a holiday is about.Shaan suggested where to go and how to get there without being pushy.Kept me calm with flight plans when moving on

The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was a good size

Was told the room would be cleaned and sheets changed every other day. This was not the case, room bin was full and we ran out of toilet paper.

The manager was lovely. The hotel furniture was great. Bed very comfy. Central to walk.

Our room was different to what we booked. We booked a deluxe double with a terrace, but the room was small and no terrace. We had a lot of luggage which didnt leave much room to move. There was no hot water to the sink, so shaving was very difficult. There was hot water to the shower, but not very effective, so we had a warmish shower. The fan in the bathroom window is not finished, so there are many gaps and mosquitos came in. The main complaint was the booking said including tax, but then tax was added and I couldn't get cash out, so £5 was added for just using the card machine. We were there 2 nights, but our bed was not made and bathroom products not topped up, which was the 1st time out of our 28 day trip?
