Etablissement très bien placé pour le shopping et la visite de Fort Kochi. La direction de l'hôtel (Mr Aasif) a été très aidante pour nous aider à organiser notre dernier jour à Cochin et le transfert à l'aéroport.

The manager Dexter was helpful to us. The room was very good.
The breakfast room and the breakfast itself were very poor. The young boys who prepare breakfast spoke no English, they seemed lazy, untrained and completely unmanaged. We (and other guests) were left unattended for long periods while they amused themselves on their phones. They require to be properly trained and managed
