Clean rooms, located close to Fort Kochi tourist attractions. Helpful staff.
Very basic stay, no basic toiletries.

It was in quite neighbourhood (there os mosque very close). Bed very comfortable and AC very strong. Stuff extremely helpful with booking taxi
- Anyone could come to the balcony which I wasn’t really happy about. - although I was told I can pay by card at the end I found out it’s not possible - language issue - first night at 1am I just told off to lots of locals as they were incredibly noisy

Wifi service was not there, Ac was not working, even proper hot water was not available in the morning!

Accommodation was chosen for its location. Lovely looking property from the outside but room was very basic and bathroom was actually a wet room with toilet beyond the shower, so once showered you could not access the toilet without slipping or wearing shoes, which then left footprints around the room. No toilet roll provided either, although it was advertised with full toiletries.
There was no Tea or coffee facilities available on the room, and on arrival no one actually showed us to the shared kitchen or advised us about it. Staff were asleep on the couch on arrival and also the next morning when checking out.
