About this apartment rental
Situated in the beautiful and peaceful village of Peyia, this stunning penthouse apartment is within a 10 minute walk to many excellent restaurants and bars.
The village also hosts a selection of shops including a supermarket, bakery and pharmacy.
The apartment is decorated to a high standard throughout and will comfortably sleep six people.
There is a large open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area, three bedrooms and two shower rooms with w.c.
The master bedroom is en-suite with a kingsize bed.
The double bedroom and twin bedroom share a walk- in double shower with w.c.
All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and ample storage.
The fully operational kitchen with oven , fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave has everything you require to make it a home from home.
The apartment has air conditioning / heating, a safe, Wifi, TV with UK channels, DVD player and selection of DVD’s.
The large private outdoor terrace has stunning sea views to Coral Bay with a beautiful mountain view backdrop.
The terrace has a built in barbeque, dining table with 6 chairs, corner sofa unit with drinks table, 4 sun loungers, 2 reclining chairs and two sun parasols.
A recent addition to the terrace is a timber built pergola providing welcome shade from the midday sun.
Within the resort is a large communal pool with sundeck and sun loungers.
Bed linen and towels are provided including towels for use on the terrace and pool area.
The apartment is on one level and is accessible via a lift and stairs from the covered ground floor private parking area.
The popular tourist resort of Coral Bay with its beach, many restaurants and bars is a 5 minute taxi ride away.
The historic town of Paphos, a 25 minute drive and Paphos International Airport a 40 minute journey from the village.
A car would be recommended but not a necessity.

The apartment was lovely, clean, well equipped and was big enough for our party of 5. Plenty of parking, a car is essential.
The sun loungers and furniture on the large patio/balcony was lovely and very comfortable.
Communication with the owner David was first class.
We were there in August and the complex was very quiet.
The only negative I would say is the pool area that needs updating. The pool mosaic tiles can be seen all around the complex, fallen off and children have collected them from the bottom of the pool. There were 8 sun loungers, only 5 were usable.

This is a really lovely apartment, spacious, clean , modern and with a beautiful view of the village and local area out to the sea.
The location is just a 7 or 8 minute walk from the village centre which itself has a couple of supermarkets and a few restaurants and bars. A 5 minute car journey and you are in Coral Bay which has many bars, restaurants and beaches to enjoy.
The owner David was superb answering any questions within minutes and we would recommend this superb apartment if you are after a relaxing stay in Peyia. Other comments on here say how relaxed you feel in the apartment and that is exactly how we felt, the terrace is superb.

Accommodation was great, very clean with all the facilities needed for an excellent holiday. This was our 2nd stay in Cyprus, we will be back 😊.
